i know this is the wrong place, but this end gets more attention, im trying to fix my sons 1994 vmax, the jack shaft is the 2 peice and its worn out at the connecting splines. my ? is do any of you know if you can use another year of jack shaft that is the correct lenght and correct splines, also can you reply on this thread i have trouble getting the pms. thanks kerry

Get a take off shaft from a 1995. When a reverse kit was added to the 95 the original jack shaft was replaced. It is a one piece. I have done this before. Good luck
