Just saw the leak on the HCS forum. Cool stuff and we will have lots to talk about in the coming days! I'm still not 100% sold if I would be in the market for a new 2017 but better than before that's for sure.

Extremely poor decision by Yamaha's marketing department. They were getting exactly what they wanted - all their fans online going crazy, interacting, speculating with extreme excitement. And they put a screeching halt to it. Great move

What's to miss? Peoples pipe dreams of a crossplane or 2-stroke that they claim they know is coming.
Seems odd that you can read, see or talk about the new leaked 2017's (probably intentionally) on every website now except here. The largest Yamaha website members are the last to know and will be on every other website instead. It doesn't bother me but seems like an oxymoron

I was thinking the same thing. All the sled sites with the foul mouthed morons have the pictures and web pages plastered all over the place. It sure is a crazy world we live in.

IMO....that's why this site is one of the best powersports site out there. You can speak your mind to a degree but start shouting expletives....you are gone.

Sure I miss the 2017 banter but if you can't wait a few more hours, then maybe....nah...forget about it.

I STILL think it was part of Yamaha's Release Plan....but this is MY opinion and IDC what others think.
