new gse performance muffler for sidewinder

It sounds good on the Viper and doesn’t need repacked or a tune to run safely and best of all you can reach the chaincase bolt adjuster. No I don’t have one of these YET. After Christmas I will.

Can I install GSE Performance exhaust without tune? I just want to change the exhaust to change the sound, and nothing else. I have a standard sleigh.

Here's what they wrote to me in GSE: "You do not need to do anything. just install it and it gains 10HP with no adjustments needed".

I choose between GGB Trail and GSE. Both say that the setup is not needed.

The hurricane mountain muffler has the same claim as to not needing a tune and 10 hp gains. I have one and love the sound not overly loud. Not much louder than their trail muffler. I do run a tune with it. Do they make any claims on sound level

I got power steering from GSE...these guys are awesome to deal with..just saying. I didn't get a new muffler but I have seen them and they look quality and priced allot better than others...Joe
