It’s all gonna depend on what you have...are you stock? Are you tuned? What tunes? SM? PM? Header? A bundle? Just one Tune? What’s the secondary you’re running with it? Stock secondary? Aftermarket Secondary? Etc etc...
The TAPP IS SUPER Adjustable...quick and easy. Start it out with how they send it to you, and see how it works with your secondary? And go from there.

So I’m in N. Maine doing some riding, and made some adjustments to dial in the TAPP and Pro 4.
Wrapped my secondary spring one hole tighter, and switched my clickers from #3 to #4 on the TAPP. What a huge difference! Sled runs like a total beast. TAPP and Pro 4 and XS825 now seem to work beautifully together(21/41 stock gearing). The new SS SM tunes from Hurricane are Fabo. Wants to pull your arms out of your sockets.
Think I have it where I want it....gonna leave it be now. Very happy. Super smooth and silky...but very very explosive with just a touch of throttle.
BTW...On the Powder Lites-TAPP Primary Website, they are using the picture of my clutches/machine as their advertisement for their product lol. I didn’t know that till I went on the site and found it!! Pretty cool.

One hole tighter on the secondary. Do you mean one from center or one from a previous setting? Did you adjust the clickers at the same time? What where the RPM changes with the adjustments?

WinterWolf, are you running any allen screw weights or any washers on the roller thru bolts? I'm spinning 9300 WOT clickers on 3 no added weights trying to tame this thing down. Talked to Dave at TAPP yesterday and today, and I'm going to add some allen screws and washers to start getting this WOT RPM under control. Thanks.

What belt/tune are you running?
STAIN, XS825, TD Max Spool 17, 25% VP C16, header, CAI, BOV, Pro 4 secondary, 43/34 helix. My a/f is good at WOT ~11.8-12.2.
I'm not studded. Adding 192 1.575" Gold Diggers this weekend though. I'm expecting that to zap a few RPM's off the top end, right?

No studs on that much HP? Yikes!!! That thing must be dangerous!!!
Traction should bring the RPM down. After that 1 gram added to each arm( 4 grams total ) should bring the RPM down @150-200 rpm per gram.

Thanks for that insight. Yes it's stupid loose even at 100+ mph punching WOT. Zero traction.
