Yeah I'll try tomorrow, the Snow Tracker carbide is about 3/4" tall by 5/16" wide. I think you'll like what you see!

sounds like overkill. From what I have heard, snow trackers work amazing on a stock ski.

Bee, I don't get what your saying? Go to Shade Tree and look it's not the snow tracker extreme they're carbides made by snowtracker for OEM and Kimpex Arrow which takes the same carbide as Doo precision skis. So what I have is a six inch standard bar on the outside and the Snow tracker six inch on the inside. It's not overkill and I tried it on my 09 Vec first with the standard six inch for Arrows and I had some push in the corners, added the Tracker six inch and no push at all. Rode my 07 yesterday without the tracker and had some push in the corners and will add the Tracker today to see the results.
I'll post pics of the set up and a pic of my standard Yamaha skis with the Snow tracker extremes and show you why they're dangerous...I had one hook onto a railroad crossing and throw me off the sled, they work great on groomed trails but have their drawbacks and I won't take that chance with my kids riding these machines.

now I understand, I thought you bought a set of snotrackers as in the kit with the large u shaped attachement under the carbide.

Crap! I just ordered a pair!
I love my Kimpex Arrows, but they just don't cut it in the powder, which is what we have plenty of right now. A couple of days ago, I put back my C&A Outlaws on and the darting returned. Here's hoping that the Stealth ski will be the best of both worlds.
When I get them, I'll post some pics and hopefully have a preliminary review up by the end of next weekend.

Bee, Knowing you're a big fan of the Arrow's I was going to PM you about the set up...it just made a great ski that much better. I thought that having the Trackers on the inside and out might be overkill and not necessary so I figured that they come in a set of 4 why not do the inside on both sled? I think there might be an advantage to having different height carbides after riding this set up. Also the quality of the Tracker carbides is better than anything I've had...they auto sharpen due to the outer portion wearing faster than the carbide. The host bar and threaded studs are from a single piece of material...maybe cut out on a water jet or something, just a nice quality unit. Sorry for the thread hijack...yes the Stealth skis do look like another great ski. If they were in stock around Xmas I'd have a set. I couldn't pass up the Arrows...$225 for a whole set up with 6" standard wear bars off of Ebay.

Pics of OEM Snow trackers and standard 6" bars, sorry for the poor quality pics.
Couldn't get one of the ski bottom because I was alone.
Threw a pic in of my Nytro with the Blue Arrows...couldn't resist!

I have had wear bar's catch on RR crossing's and seen other people go over the bar's from catching on RR track's. I have not had it happen yet with my Tracker's nor has any one of the other eleven set's in our normal riding group. Not saying it can't happen because it can happen with any carbide when they chip or a leading edge doesn't fit properly. I have about 7K on Tracker's now and in my opinion they are no more dangerous than any other wear bar.RobWarrior said:Bee, I don't get what your saying? I didn't catch it on the wear bar it was the U shaped piece that is wider than the keel of the ski creating a channel on both sides of the ski...in my opinion that makes them more dangerous. Personally I have never had a problem with catching any ski or carbide on a RR crossing or anything for that matter. I loved the handling of the Snow Trackers but I'm not taking any chances.
