No radiator fan or fuel pump power for 09 Nytro

I just put a supercharger with external fuel pump in my 09 Nytro. After putting it together, I have no power to the fuel pump or radiator fan. I checked fuses, they are all good. I just did diagnostic check and the fuel injection relay clicks. The radiator fan relay did not. If I put a jumper wire from battery positive to fuel pump, sled runs, to include headlight going on. It looks like power for the pump comes directly from ECU, as well as power to fan relay coil. Is there any plugs or grounds I may have missed???
