Sled won't turn over. Solenoid clicks but doesn't turn over. I got the p0562 code while riding and the sled sputtered. This code is for low voltage. Checked with a meter and the voltage is 12.5 volts. It is a bit low but I tried to start it a few times. Even tried a boost. The contacts in the solenoid are closing... looks like another starter fail. Great timing 5 day trip planned this week. Any other ideas?

Try crossing out pos and neg on the solenoid maybe a hair dryer on on the fuse box

Did it start when you crossed out the solenoid.

Can't say if this is your issue but my 2015 R-TX-DX had a bad battery cell with some of the same symptoms. Battery voltage read over 12 and when charged got to 12.8 but would not start the sled. My diagnostic charger indicated a bad cell, dealer confirmed. All looked OK, after a full day charging would turn over the sled but not start it. Dealer replaced battery under warranty and no problems since. I did not see any codes, however, I never got it started when the battery went bad. It started fine in the warmer late summer early fall weather, but when it got in the teens the battery fell down and could not start the sled. Bad Cell.

No, when it went bad, I went to start it when it was in the teens the solenoid just clicked. I put it on a charger at a 2Amp charge rate for 24 hours (dealers suggestion) and then it turned over but would not start. It turned over about for 3 start tries and after that the solenoid just clicked. My batter charger has diagnostic capability, and even though I charged it for 24 hours, it threw a code indicating a bad cell when I first put the charger on. I was able to get the charger to "charge" and it read 12.8v after 24hrs, yet would turn over but no start.
I've had the new warranty battery replacement and it starts in single digit temps almost instantly. I do keep it on a battery tender now since it sits out in a trailer and it starts instantly. For comparison, my neighbor has a 2015 AC 800 ElTigre and it sat out in same conditions as mine next door, and it fired up with no issues when my battery failed.
Batteries do go bad, even new ,so if you can get an analyzer on it you may be able to check the battery. That's an easy fix too if it is the battery, and should be replaced under warranty. The low voltage code you had may be a indicator also of a bad battery, but it could be a component in the electrical system also.
Good luck, I hope you get it sorted out before your trip.

If you take the aluminum panel off under the sled where you would access the oil filter you can look up and see the starter, maybe make sure the wire didn't come off. If the solenoid is closed the starter should turn, maybe it has a dead spot. Try and whack the starter with a hammer or a pipe, it might shake it enough to allow it to turn over for you. Done that with many cars in the past. Good luck!
