Looks very cool,wish I could be there with my rx-1 too.The only thing that stop us from racing in the winter mounths is storms.It must be nice to race all year around.Do you have more photos of the starting line?THAKKS

How did you get away with geans and what looks like sneakers. That looks so much cooler.

Hey 1xr - NHRA rules call for full leathers, and leather shoes above the ankle, when running 120mph or faster. It was very hot and humid, and I was able to get away with jeans and hi-top leather shoes. I usually wear all safety gear, but I didn't want to die from heat stroke in it. Talk to you later.

I wish my track would reconize the 120 mph ruling. Everybody has to were full leathers. For the handful of times I will be racing I did'nt bye a summer motorcycle leathers, just the old insulated snowmobile leathers. Wow are they hot even for a few minutes at 90+ and lots of sun to heat up the black.
