If there is someone from Yamaha here, Near or far...
If there is no big improvement, body or motor for 2013, Its my last year with yamaha.
AC F1100 Turbo will be fine tuned...so thats it!

The convertion Yam/AC is began this season with my friends.

I'm waiting to see how the new ACs perform this winter before I make that decision.

I have 3 buddies that made the jump from Yamaha to Cat this year..............

I love my 06 Apex but that's coming from an SRX. I must admit though that there is not much about the 2011's or 12's that intrigues me. Really not much different than the 06 as far as the chassis. If I was looking for new I would seriously be considering a new CAT. Love Yamaha's and have had great luck with them but they are due for something new and exciting.

I owned a cat once. It looked like it was wired by a monkey. And not one of those smart "can do sign language monkeys". I'm talking about your run of the mill feces throwing monkeys. Anyway maybe I just got a bad one. It did have a great suspension. And it towed beautifully.

This is just the most freakin' positive threads I have ever seen, lol!!!

And amzingly, it's not in the "head to head" section yet.

Im going to be part of the 2012 test riders, if it ever gets built that is.

Notice the color on the graphics, I told them I wanted Yamaha blue........ I just didnt want to buy a new coat and this way it matches the 07 ;)!

The best way to get the attention of the OLD, Stay As Is Manufacturer, is to SWITCH to another brand. That is the ONLY way to get their attention. They love brand loyal sheep that stick with the same brand, so they can stick it to you. Do not be brand loyal, and you will end up with better sleds, and more bang for your buck. Go wherever the best product is, and the rest have to shape up, or ship out. That,s why I own an Apex, and a Cat. And I do own a black leather snowmobile suit. Just in case. LOL

That certinly is the way, and many have been, it would be interesting to know though if the OLD stay as is manufacturer cares about market share or sales at all. One has to wonder with the offerings if they plan to bring something to the table or keep catering to the older crowd.

I'm really curious to see how the new Cats do this winter. They look really good on paper.
