nytro 900 miles now a code 12

The engine computer must be expecting a crank sensor pulse when you turn the key so If it doesn't turn over do to a bad relay code 12 is displayed.

Why don't they use sealed relays and eliminate the problem? I've seen multiply relay problems on several makes of sleds over the past few years. the problem is usually do to moisture. I've used plastic dip to seal accessory relays on atv's which has worked well. As long as the relay was dry prior to being sealed it should work on sleds.

i was having the same problem which relay is it the starter relay or one of the little ones in thenose

i have got code 12 coming up but the engine still turns over, just wont fire. could this be the relay or is it the actual crank sensor? i wont get a chance for a day or two to look at the relay. anyone know how hard to chage the crank sensor? thanks
