Since the Leak down tester I bought doesn't work I had to use a simple compression tester.
I have a head shim in my Nytro and it tested at 125psi across all three cylinders does this sound right??
Thanks, Wayne

The test was done on a cold engine without holding the throttle wide open.

As long as Your Readings are uniform across all cylinders you're ok.
From how you did Your test you will get pretty low Readings.
Procedure is:
Warm up the engine to normal operating temps.
Disconnect fuel.
Hold the throttle wide open.
Run the compression test.
Values should be within 15% higest to lowest Reading.
