Just a interesting fact for you guy's. The jackshaft can be removed and replaced without taking the chain case apart. Just remove your break rotor and spacers/washer slide it out and the gears will stay in place. I learned this with my Team conversion jack shaft and have had to swap it out in the field. Have done it multiple times. So both of your PTO side bearings can be replaced with no major tear downs. ;)!

hmm, go to know.

I would have thought the spacer and sprocket would have fallen out of place.

I would have thought so too. I never would have thought to try it if it wasn't for Team saying you could do it.

Friday I got the old bearing pressed off and the new bearing pressed on the jackshaft. ...and last night I got it back in the sled. ;)!

Good night last night I got the drive train all together (except clutch kit) so that is all done. Then I installed the water temp sensor.

I have a simple hand held one. It's fine with regular rivets but it's a good arm workout on the ringed ones, like OFT sells.

Thanks for the fast reply, looks like I will have a good forearms workout this week end!

Harbor freight has a nice pneumatic gun that I picked up for around $40. Works great!

ive never heard "harbor freight" and "nice" in the same sentence before! haha just kidding, I think I have the same gun, works good but it sometimes it doesnt want to grab on the head of a rivet very hard. but it still works for me and no workout other than the 12oz curls!
