just did what you said.
i don't understand what you're talking about with 00.000 value.
i'm at like 0.650 idle and 3.3XX at WOT
it is normal?

Sounds close to being null. The values are correct at min and WOT. Check for a bent pin possibly, this is a good one. I'm almost thinking you have a cracked intake/head.

That would give you your vacuum leak. The Cracked intake. How did the water test go??

ok. little update.
Adjusted the throtle cable to oem spec. 3-4mm
i was around 7-8mm
Set the CO setting to -8 instead of +10.
The +10 was an attemp from my dealer first time i talked about the problem. i think they are really out on this one. They set it richer instead of leaner.
Now the sled is running fine at idle and seems to be more instant on the throttle response.
GOOD NEWS.
The only problem that left is the lag in the throttle when idle and instant WOT. it's popping then go from there.
like a 1 sec lag. But if little throttle applied(just before engagement) then WOT. No problem.
I think that's the best i can get from it. I think that this problem is related to nytro.
so subject is near to be closed. If you have some idea about the start lag. Let me know.

NO engine likes to go from dead idle to wot! This is an unrealistic situation. When would you drive the sled like this? If you are trying to get the holeshot then you will bring the RPM up to just under engagement. You state at just under engagement its fine. So just drive it. You will chase the lag issue until you die! Glad to here it is running fine now.

Sorry to get back an old thread, Can you give me more info on how to test or replace the temp sensor? Also to add TPS problems, Harness issues, faulty temp sensors, exhaust donuts, will all cause idle issues.
any pics?
