Nytro weights

Has anyone used Nytro 8es weights on an Viper RTX? I just picked up a 15 and it has the 8es weights with an Ulmer K helix and red spring. Have no idea how this set up works.

8es are weights from 973 carb motors. I know Allen used them for something as he bought a few used sets from me one year when they were on backorder. Reach out to him as it may be something he put together.
