Ok, I had a 2004 800 HO with a little clutching and Vforce reeds... It blew up on me so I decide to go with the XTX for reliability... How will this stack up in a 0 TO 100 MPH race... the 800 ran very well...

Well keep in mind that the xtx is sold as a 600 class sled but most will agree its more of a 700 class sled. I personally never dragged an 800Ho but I will say that I KNOW you'll love the nytros motor. I put 3800 miles last winter and I smiled as much the last day I rode it as the first day I rode it.

The rev 800 HO is just about as fast as an F7 is,Look at the F7 racing a Nytro. Should give you an idea on how close you should expect them to be

I have a 03 REV X 800 HO and buying the so called 600 class Nytro I thought it would be the Ski Doo all the way. Not so! Even after riding my new 09 Nytro RTX, I still thought the REV was faster untill I dragged my friend next to me on my REV. The Nytro was faster. My REV has 144 picks, some clutch work, and about 4K miles and a great shape X package. With my friend riding the REV, I couldn't beleive it. We switched sleds and I flipped up the coupling blocks, the Nytro still just eeked it out. The Nytro is sneaky fast. My REV is no sloutch. My friend has a Apex GT (150hp genisis) and my REV was beating him most of the time. He said he had a head gasket leak, who knows. J ROD...

I don't know which one would win but I did have a chance to trade sleds when I had my 06 Attak for an 04 800 Rev. Wow, what a difference. The Attak is just all torque and power. The 800 just seamed like a dog compared to my Attak. My Attak was stock and the 800 had a pipe on it. Just my opinion. Like I said, we never raced, but just the feel of the two sleds were like night and day.

It is faster
I raced a 2003 zr900 with thousands of dollars in mods to clutching and motor and he had studs. He could not beat me it was neck and neck even when we changed riders. And I am running bone stock!
