Nytro

Polaris has a few diffrent size cranks. As 09nytro says hartman would be your best help on your project.

Thanks Guys...I saw the phone number but who is Hartman?
09 is absoutly correct, I took of 800 RMK clutch and that one is smaller :jump: Looking like this is the way to go, besides My Fl800 uses this same clutch so I have weights and springs already. The clutch looks like it will be VERY close to the water pump, so a clutch already machined and clearanced will be the ticket.

Nice video, that thing looks fun! In the first video I was wondering where you were at but then in the second I recognized it as Knik/Jim Creek. I've not ridden out there for years.

rlcofmn,

I like your tread, pm me your number I would like to hook up and see that bad boy. I've been thinking of doing one myself with a Apex motor.

I've got a polaris jig you can use  I've got some ideas for the next one that I think would be really slick. I'm already thinking about building a second one this summer using your old rmk.
