Polaris has a few diffrent size cranks.As 09nytro says hartman would be your best help on your project.

09 is absoutly correct, I took of 800 RMK clutch and that one is smaller
Looking like this is the way to go, besides My Fl800 uses this same clutch so I have weights and springs already. The clutch looks like it will be VERY close to the water pump, so a clutch already machined and clearanced will be the ticket.

Nice video, that thing looks fun! In the first video I was wondering where you were at but then in the second I recognized it as Knik/Jim Creek. I've not ridden out there for years.
