i've done some searching and found mostly talk about aftermarket drivers and couldn't find anything about oem ones. lately i've been ratcheting in the deep stuff and started looking into extroverts and then found that some nytros came with gear drivers and some didn't. after doing some research on parts sites i found that the 2011 nytro rtx and my 2012 nytro base have the same driveshaft but the rtx came with the oem extrovert gear drivers. has anyone used the oem drivers on their sled that didn't come with them and do you have the same results as using wahl or avid drivers? also, they appear to be half the price of aftermarket that is why i am considering this route.

Our 2011 MTX's came with extroverts and they seem fine. If you go boost then you should really look into aftermarket drivers. The stock ones will not last as long under boost .

2010 extroverts and drive shaft are different on MTX's vs the new ones. The new extroverts have the extro/intro wheels built into one wheel. The old ones are two wheels...one extro the other intro.

The new Yamaha style extroverts are much better because there is less vibration.

I think 2013 is when the came out with the new extro combination. Might have been 2012. I know my 2011 has the old style 2 drivers per side.
