Oil Change/Fill

What is the procedure for filling after oil and filter change? The manual says fill the engine to specified amount. Then add 2.1 qts to the oil tank. I'm not sure what they are saying.

Also where is the oil gallary bolt?

I add about 3/4 of a litter to the motor and fill the tank run it for a short while then check oil level and fill . takes about 3.6 litter in all . There is one drain plug in the oil tank and one in the bottom of motor around 1/2 in. torks head plug (may be allen ) . It will be tight .
