Need to do the first oil change on the sons FX & the wifes GT.
Is it possible to simply drop the belly pan to get to the filter? If so, what replacement fastners or plastic rivits should I have on hand to replace?
Thanks,

No airbox needs to come off and the belly pan for drain.I think they recommend replacing the washer on drain plug.Thats it.

Let me get this straight
Access the filter via airbox removal and remove the belly pan to drain oil from the filter?

I did it without taking the airbox off the first time. Took 3 hours to get the filter off! Take the airbox off it's much easier.

just take your time with it, take some pic's of everything as your removing so if you get stuck you can fall back to it

The airbox has a few hidden screws and brackets that have to be removed to get it apart, don't pull, it slides off once everything is undone.
Manual also has pics on how to do it.engine drain is under motor(skid/belly) and you also need to drain the tank(sidepanel)

Once you do it once, the time it takes is greatly reduced. Not as bad as it looks, BUT NOT AS EASY AS MY NEW FX NYTRO MTX!!!! Now that is an easy one!!!!
