An old sweat sock in a beer can held on by duct tape will work too.

Gotta love duct tape, never hit the trail without it even if I do forget my tow rope.

Duct tape has gotten me and obviously others back home off the trail more times than I can count. I even used it once to close a big ol' gash in my leg that was quite a bit more than the "band-aids" in my little bitty first aid kit could handle.

If I couldn't carry anything else, I'd carry a fresh roll of duct tape and a Multi-Plier. I've found the Gerber brand to be my favorite http://www.gerberblades.com/products/results.php

Of course, being as acquainted with Mr. Murphy as I am, I do tend carry quite a bit more than that. :wink:

SledderSteve, isn't that the Red Green show that uses duct tape for everything? If so you must have seen every episode! And yes, that do all pliers, I've heard those things are the ticket!

wix 1358

the 1358 is definately not the same filter. I checked one with the OEM yammie and a 1/2 deep socket fits in the wix but wont go into the yamaha so be very careful. I will be using yamaha filter til someone makes one closer than a 1358! :ORC

yes i use the hiflo for my bikes and sleds , worked well for years
