Installed kit about 4 years ago or 1800 miles and noticed the right front upper a-arm had play. Removed and bushings seem ok went to dealer to pick up stock ones just in case and after further review I have a slight wear on the threaded end of bolt probably from originals going bad. I am going to replace upper a-arm bolt on both sides but just wanted to see if anyone had these oilites wear out?

Can't imagine wearing out oilite in this application, pretty tough stuff. If they are truly oil impregnated bronze, they should self lube under load.
A small segment of the whole bushing ID takes the wear if it is secured in the bulkhead properly.
This is why the cheap OEM plastic ones wear through and eventually wear/oval out the bulkhead.
I polish the bolts with 900-1000 grit paper to a high shine in the area where the bushings run, and even though oilite, apply grease to all surfaces at re-assembly.

I just damn hope the bulkhead isn't worn out of spec! Don't know what the fix would be other than replacing!! Didn't think it was the oilite bushings, ordered 2 bolts and see where that goes. I did put the new stock bushings on bolt and there was free play in between.
