First the sled details:
2010 Yamaha Nytro MTX 153. Yamaha roll over valve, Bender Heel Clicker Clutch Kit, Yoshi under tunnel exhaust, stock fuel system.
Sled was hitting the rev limiter hard even with the low elevation kit installed. I ordered the Bender kit and installed as per their instructions. Still hitting the limiter so I added a ton of weight to the arms. Now pulling 84-8500. A bit low but that I can fix. New issue is when I whack the throttle the sled seems to stumble hard almost like its missing or backfiring. If I roll into it slow it has no issues. I noticed that when in does the stumble the gauge flashes and its almost like the sled is restarting. Could this be as simple as plugs or is it more likely because I have no fuel controller installed? The only change I have made before this started was the clutch kit. I have a hard time believing this has to do with that. Any help or direction would be great. Thanks in advance.

Some stock Nytros bog on hard throttle openings and the bog usually gets worse if you install a more free flowing aftermarket exhaust without fuel controller. This sounds like your issue because you say it happens only on hard throttle openings, not if you roll into it slow.

I was afraid of that. Probably the clutch kit just makes the issue more noticable. Which fuel controller works best for a nytro? I amn planning on a super charger for next year so I need to factor that into my decision.

get moto's fuel bridge and you will be set for the supercharger right off the bat!
