just got back from old forge tonight, Snow is there but the trails are real rocky and icy. Not much hard pack. The lake is pure Hard Ice, with a inch or two of fluffy powder. Not the best conditions, but there still is a month left.

I heard they are going to get alot of lake effect snows the next few days..I just saw on the news up to 18 inchs maybe

just got back about an hour ago, no big snow but probably 6" of new snow over the course of the weekend. I got a chance to do some racing(new Ski Doo 800R w/100 miles on it) on Big Moose lake, like AJ said ice with a fair amount of loose snow - nothing plowed as yet.

I have the ultimate sleeper sled that I will bring out once the winner of this shoot out is determined. I have only a few test runs on this sled but it is looking good enough to feel that I should run for pink slips and free beer all night. If anybody is up to running this monster just let me know.

Things are really starting to shape up nicely. Cold temps have settled in and snow is coming down. Looks like everything should be great.

I am not racing that sled, the power to weight is way off there. I weigh as much as the sno scoot and the kid combined. I will have to do some suspension work. Maybe more pics for holeshot

It's plowed, stakes & cones are up, and a gang of people - couple of serious looking drag sleds and hot trail sleds. The trails were well used up by Saturday PM - clocks ticking, this should be a blast.

Hey Millstreet , just got home from O/F ,was up there for a few weeks, just got your message on my phone ,sorry I didn,t get back to you. would have loved to get out for a ride. I have a bad habit of turning the thing off when not at home. I'm going back up on Thursday and will be up on the lake Saturday ,if your up will catch you up there .
My sled has developed a bad habit of not starting in the cold so I brought it home to correct (hopefully) I heard Big Moose was crowded on Saturday.

Mine's at Aaron Excel's getting an Expert X this week, should be ready by Friday. We'll have to get together this weekend and get them sorted out.
