Options for rear shock 2007 FX

What are the options out there for replacing the rear shock on an FX? Destroyed mine in the UP a couple weeks ago.

Rear shocks out of a rev sc4 suspension work. Has to be from a 121" not a gade. The ones I used were from a x package sled. just needed to get different bushing for the back shock. Go to dootalk classifieds, I picked both mine up for $250 and just rebuilt.

After searching the forum further, some people have used Fox Zero Pros? I'm trying not to spend a fortune because this sled may be going down the road.

What about contacting one of the parts sellers on here to see if they have a used stock one if you are not keeping the sled?

Dad and I looked at your shock again today. He's gonna try and weld it since the hole is tiny and beyond the travel of the rod in the shock body. He called Decorah Kawasaki and said they could rebuild it for $35-40.
