Great Job Nick, for the past month, its has be a race to see who will fill the last spot on the top 10, seven second club....would it be Nick or Scott.. both sleds are very fast and as always each has there own gremlins and track conditions to work with.... Nicks sled has still not made a full pass, I think we are fighting aerodynamics issues and we are working to solve this...the sled starts moving just past 145 mph.

ABOUT THIS SLED

Is a stock 08 nytro rt, we extended the tunnel has our light weight front end, our lite weight 1 piece handle bar and steering post a light weight hood, a osp custom made skid, proline drive wheels stock seat cut down and recovered and acrtic FX graphics..STM wide pin primary clutch and a stock Yamaha secondary.

The engine in these nytros are very good motor to start with, we do some block work, we have our own custom made JE pistons and H beam Rods, we using stock cams that are degree, modified oiling system and stock head with stock valves, theses motor very strong from the factory and dont need near the block work that we do on the apex base motors...

Turbo system is a OSP stage 2 with a modified 3071 turbo, top HP for this is about 440. We are using our OSP standalone system with data logging. our kit includes the injectors fuel rail, coils, wiring harness, new 7 gallon fuel cell(can be smaller), header, intercooler, charge tube turbo oil line and drain, cam shaft mods..

this sled on ice is going to be SICK... she has been 4.90 148 on asphalt and has mild tune up right now..

see you all in NEW YORK next week....

thanks again Nick and great job Driving...

Scott,

we hope to be there for Friday night racing.. Nick ran 7.90 flat and was not a full pass, his sled is running 4.90 to the 1/8 and is really working well..
to about 150mph, then starts to move around, we are working a new carbon front clip that will go on stock nytros to improve aerodynamics this should solve this problem..

I really love these Nytos 3 cylinder engines...

here is a video of his sled... http://youtu.be/cPsPe1zrLQA
