Started the sled today and code p0118 pops up, coolant reading 414f and fan always on. Two days ago I rode the sled around the house and put it back in garage and rinsed it with warm water, with all plastics on. Would that be my problem? I've power washed the crap out of my Nytro and never ever had electrical problems.

Does anyone know where the coolant temperature sensor is on this sled?

I would think it would be by the cylinder head somewhere. Never had to look for it.

The water temp censor is usually in the coolant line by the thermostat housing

I think it is on the filler neck piece down below the rad cap.

It's right underneath the metal shield right next to the exhaust. And when removing the exhaust it's easy to disconnect the sensor by accident like I did. And here I thought it was from rinsing it with warm water.

How can that connection come loose so easily when other ones are so difficult to remove when you want them to.

I don't know why but that sensor has a different locking mechanism, its got that "c" clip wire lock, and I'm almost 100% positive that it was disconnected by removal of the can, by accident of course.yamyfreak said:How can that connection come loose so easily when other ones are so difficult to remove when you want them to.
