Is it possible that the map you're trying to load has a fuel & ignition tables in it, but you only have a Power Commander and no Ignition Module?
If so, simply load the map, when it gets to 50% and locks, hit the "Get Map" button and see if it pulls the map up.

If you have a Power Commander & Ignition Module both, do you have a USB chord plugged into both units?

You must be plugged into both. The PCV & Ignition module are "paired" together, so it must communicate with both when trying to send maps.

Bringing this back up because I’m having a similar issue. @Srxspec sent me an updated map for my ‘16 Apex and I had success loading it from my email to my PCV software, but can’t get it to load into the PCV. The “send map” icon will not respond, the font is dull like the operation it’s not available for some reason. The “save map” and “open map” icons work just fine. Any ideas guys?

Make sure you have a hood USB cable. Sounds like it’s not turning it on.Bringing this back up because I’m having a similar issue. @Srxspec sent me an updated map for my ‘16 Apex and I had success loading it from my email to my PCV software, but can’t get it to load into the PCV. I’ve got data while the sled is running, RPM, TPS, etc, but I haven’t had success pulling the current map out, no. I’m pretty sure my cord is good, but maybe the PCV USB port is a little buggered? The PCV software says the device is connected and there’s no errors or warnings present either, so I’m kinda stumped.Make sure you have a hood USB cable. Sounds like it’s not turning it on.

Sled has to be off and then you plug in USB cable and it will power it up and then you should be able to pull the existing map and save and upload a new map.I’ve got data while the sled is running, RPM, TPS, etc, but I haven’t had success pulling the current map out, no. No ignition module at play here and the computer I borrowed has been given back. All I’ve got at home is a Mac, so need to figure out a way to keep digging here until I resolve this issue.
