Theres an extremely thin chance that I got it fixed, or at least found a big problem.
Red/black and red/blue wires where switched at the sub-harness for the injectors. Red/blue (common) was going to the ECM instead of the red/black.
It revs up now. It wont idle but the plugs are still black and wet and mixed up and probably thrown at the wall a few times. Not to mention starting and stopping the engine so much. HOPEFULLY new plugs and proper cold start will allow it to idle. I just want to hear it friggin IDLE!
Boy looking at the harness really messed with my head!

There might also be fuel in the oil creating a rich mixture from the extra fuel being dumped during your experiments. I've seen this happen in cars that would be hard to start and the fuel injection would just keep dumping more fuel and it would just get in the oil.

Good call moose ,I had that happen once a long time ago on my 67 camaro.
A couple days ago I was trying to smell the oil. Didnt smell like gas or seem over filled but if it starts and idles I will change it.

It revs up! Its mind boggling that those little cranks and rods can respond that fast!
So, hopefully I can keep this short. IT WAS the two wires on the short harness going to the injectors. R/B and R/L were switched. I also switched the wires right at the injector like I did earlier(I switched it back after it didnt fix it).So now everything matches the schematic and it starts right up and idles fine. After warm-up the idle is a little low,but I still need to sync the TBs.
Back to the begining of the day.I put everything back together, nice and neat, rolled it outside, hit the key....nothing! IT cranked but no start! KRAP! Hit with ether, boom, starts right up. G r e a t!
Roll it back in the shop.Go through the diag. No clicky on the injectors. Push my finger up against the injector wires going into the ECM,click...click! You got to be kidding me! Pull the panel, ECM. Poke, pull, push..sometimes click..sometimes not. WTF,how am I going to find where the bad conection is? I didnt touch anything on that connector or remove any sockets! All I did was stick a paper clip in the socket to clip a lead onto for the meter.
Flashback to 2 hrs ealier when I say to my daughter "I hope I'm not damaging this socket by using a paper clip".
FRIGGIN PAPER CLIP!! The paper clip stretched out the sockets on the two injector sockets (the only ones I probed) just enough to clear the pins in the ECM! Pull the sockets, carefully squeeze them with a pair of dykes and re-insert....click....click.

I want to thank you guys big time for all the tips! Especially Cannondale and Moose for keeping me moto-vated!
I still have some issues to work out (fan is not coming on) but minor compared to what I just went through.
I will be providing some much better videos in the future so check back.
Thanks again guys.

Cool Bull .There is a light at the end of the tunnel and like I said before

Thanks guys and I agree Cannondale!
This little engine runs fantastic now!
Unbelievable how fast it revs up.
Heres a quick phone vid of my daughter driving in my yard. I will be back with better vids soon for those interested.

Definitely recognize the sound. It's fun to see "our" engine running in something not on snow.
