It seems like the snow might be gone for the year and I am looking to do a little work to my sled to make it a little bit more fun. I'm interersted in changing my phazer to a 136 freeride but the only thing that I do not have is a tunnel extension for the Phazer. Does anyone know where I can purchase a tunnel extension?
Use Google to search TY for threads on stretched Phazers for ideas and to see what is involved. There are alot of members that have stretched their Phazer to 136" and longer. I just stretched mine to 144". No company makes a tunnel extension kit for a Phazer. To go to 136" you have to fabricate a longer bumper and then add some aluminum sheet for the tunnel extension. If you go 144" you can use a Phazer mountain bumper like I did.
Nobody manufactures one but with a little time and a few bucks you can strech your bumper and put in a fabricated alum. plate bent and welded. Works and looks awesome.
