The phazer comes with a high compression ratio . Unless you do lower it , it may work . I use torco race fuel concentrate . Works well and theres a dealer in st johns . You can make 95 to 105 octane fuel by mixing more or less of it with your gas http://torcoracefuel.net/pro-accelerator.html

everything depends on elevation your running at. At 10000 ft you can get away with less octane and if you take the same sled down to 1000 ft your gonna need some really good fuel to ensure it doesn't pop!

Hes at sea level . So 5-7 lbs of boost will make 140 hp roughly same as 11 lbs at 10000

The only way these engines will last under boost is:
a: very low boost with high octane 50/50
b: shimming the head
c: low compression pistons/rods
d: race gas
In reality a reliable boosted Phazer is an expensive, time consuming endeavor that in the end is a pig on fuel. I'm starting to think the best route is head work with intake/exhaust, clutch tuning and a serious diet for the sled. I think a 425 lb Phazer with 110 hp is doable.
