Hi I am new to TY and was just wondering if the phazers are a warm or cold sled, I really wouldn't wont to put anything taller than a medium height windshield on it. Also could you tell me some pros and cons to this sled or any of your opinions on it. :yam:

Thank a bunch, timberwolf

All the sleds built these days are cold, I have no windshield or nothing and actually doesn't bother me at all, just have to dress for it.

cold - put the biggest windshield on and only your knees will be cold then

it has two settings hot or really cold imo, hot will happen in the woods ditch corners, the cold parts are wot goin just as fast as it can lol. i tended to look for the warmer spots myself lol

my wife rides a phazer gt,i ride an 09 vector, she tried my vector and got cold fast,we stopped and she wanted her phazer back, the gt is a warm sled, much warmer than the vector, apex chassis, the gt has a good windsheild and knee deflectors

I get a lot of cold air around my waist when sitting down. This seems to be the case with the stock RTX windshield or with the big one I put on when the temperature is real low. I think the wind deflectors for the GT would help a lot. They go on the sides of the headlight and the side panels. If you ride aggresive you stay warm though. I ride standing up most of the time.

I stand all of the time on mine any I'm never cold, just dress for it.

The Phazer GT is very warm. If i dress to ride my RX1 and switch ti the Phazer, have to take off layers. My wife loves this sled and since my 2 RX1's have been out of commission for a month I have ridden it a lot as well. It is actually a great little sled.
