Working on a 144" Phazer project the last few days! The sled started life as a 2009 Phazer RTX with about 285 miles on it. We first used our chassis dyno to check clutch calibration with the newer updated Yamaha belt that comes on all 2008 and newer Phazers. We are also testing the Power Commander V with Autotune as well as our MOD air box, Excell exhaust, etc, etc.

The PCV with Autotune (mounted in a little different location than what Dynojet recommends)!

144" Tunnel extension using GYTR parts and making our own aluminum plate to fill in the hole 14.75" wide x 18.25" in length overall.

OFT Racing 144" Phazer Rail Extensions (these incorporate a 6* kick up just like the FX Nytro XTX)!

We will also be working with some different clutching to work with the long track kits out there as well.

;)!

Nice, the exact opposite way that I'm building my "xtx". I started with a MTX and added wide arms and working on a shock setup. Definatly going to be picking up bushings and the airbox mod from you and can't wait to see what you do for clutching on it. I had thought about picking up a 13.5" crossfire track but got lucky and found a freeride. With the freeride out of production that track looks like a great option.

i'll be having the same setup but a 136". i have the oft's, great product, & a 1.75 track. will have pics in a few days as i just am getting done with the build.

With my experiance riding the mtx as a crossover sled, I think the stock kickup was enough, I have rearly ever had it plow through corners. With rail extentions I guess it probly is cheaper than the phazer rails. Interested in that track, quality, price, and thoughts on it.

Keep up the progress
Joe

The track is an out dated part number which I don't believe is available any longer. I did add a set of small wheels at the front of the rail where the stock hyfax were wearing and then another set of wheels where the stock axle would be as well.

What would you like for updates? All the pictures are above, but it wasn't finished until mid-April so there hasn't been any ride time on it yet.

Ok. Looking forward to hear some riding impressions when the time comes.
Will you offer a clutch kit for this setup?
