Well....little freaked out here! Watched Dan’s videos, went through my manual, and even photographed each of my steps. Sure as #*$&@, case got snagged and I pulled the reverse gear off. Somewhere a freaking washer fell off of something!
I feel like I’m operating on my best girlfriend and stuff is falling out on the operating table!
Slightly kidding but does the arms of the reverse slide sit inside of the reverse gear grove?
Where does the washer go?
I see the torx screw everyone says to check....I thought there was a second, inner screw? I can’t find it?
The gasket is re usable, correct?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Got it back together. For anyone who hasn’t done their own chain case....don’t take it in, the dealer will probably suck the oil out and tell ‘ya it was done right. Not too bad after all, and pretty easy to figure out where everything goes....even when stuff falls out!

If in doubt of where something goes check a parts site like Country Cat for the chain case diagram . That doesn't answer your question then lots of knowledge on this site.

WHEW!
I was a little nervous there..................for your girlfriend, not your sled.
P.S. TY does not recommend performing surgery on your "best" girlfriend. Regular girlfriends & wives are OK
