i will change the oil and chain case oil. wash the sled again and then i take a can of wd-40 and saturate everything! obviously check all the bearings first give a spin or a tug and make sure everything is ok. i, personally have never had a problem with the driveshaft or jackshaft bearing but i believe in the wd-40 thing every spring and then again in the fall. check the studs make sure none are lose or broke, grease everything. plug in the battery tender and leave that on for a while. then start wasting my time polishing the tunnel! lol.... but it helps ease the pain of waiting for some snow! lol....
also MAKE SURE YOUR hyfax dont need replacing as well as your carbides. look for cracks on all suspesion parts.

I do everything at the time just before putting the old girl to sleep in the spring... The only thing I do before riding is to fill with fresh gas and to trickle charge the battery in november. MM.
