Primary shims made easy with pics

Ok so awhile back I put on a g w g and wanted to shim it also but never could find a shim for my sled no matter who I called most of the dealers up this way didn't even know what I wanted one dealers said they found them and they would order for me, perfect. Got them in and they were the belt adjustment shim wtf. So if someone could tell me where I can get shims I would appreciate it.

Yamaha shims may not be thick enough, do a quick google search for "Yamaha primary clutch shim" and pick the vendor whose name starts with "B"...lol

Yamaha part # 90201-483P9-00

Yep! I use one of the part number Shagman lists and one 6mm shim for a 7mm total. I recommend starting at 2 and test I suspect 4mm to 6mm will work the best for your application.

What is torque for the clutch cover bolts ?(with blue loctight)

10 lbs. ft. I would not use loctite on those bolts. JMO

secondary bolts for the helix?

weight bolts 4.3 ft. lbs.
helix bolts 17 ft. lbs.
main secondary bolt 44 ft. lbs.
