I think there is something to this Nytro belt topic. Had a Nytro and never had to change the belt. I don't know how. It never came up. Have a Viper and would like to try the Nytro belt as I have a new one hanging on the wall.

Could someone please detail a procedure for removing the belt (the helix moving trick), shimming (where and what goes where) the secondary and re-installing?

I know its a lot o ask but I think others would appreciate it as well

Belt

X2 - would be a great addition to the info pages with all the links

its easy...pull the secondary off and then take the helix off and spring out, next flip the clutch over you should see 3 little screw with washers behind them pull the screws out and then add another shim or washer to all the screw then put it back together and reinstall the clutch.

You do not need to remove helix or spring, just take off secondary clutch trun it over and there is three screws on back side take them out and add a 1mm washer then put clutch back on, make sure all the washers are on the jack shaft !

Are you having problems with are RPM'S or something ?
