The guard does make it more of a pain but its still pretty easy unless the clutches are hot.

do you load the belt from the bottom or the top of the secondary.

Those being sarcastic remember not everybody has fully functioning digits, joints, and limbs. I am fortunate to have all of the above, but some day...

Am I missing something here? I am 5 foot 5 and 145 lbs - by no means a big and burly guy - but the SR Viper belt removal process requires nothing more than some grip strength and a pair of work gloves. It isn't any different than any other Yamaha belt I've removed.
Yup I bought the osp belt adjuster and it takes longer to find the Allen wrench and crank it then to reset the tension is a pain. after bowing 3 in 1 day 2 yrs ago I have become very proficient. I am available for a small fee to ride behind you and fix your belt if it breaks!

Ok ok ok...lol this is some funny sh*t. Did belt change on my buddy's 13 nytro no problem did it twice to be honest. Cover comes off, stand over top of it and easy . Went back to my viper and I'm pushing this thing across my shop floor trying to make space to push the belt down... Crazy. I know I'm get gummed here pretty good but I'll stick with the belt change tool. Lol.
