QS3 Shock bushing upgrade?

I was dismayed to see my upper shock bushings are done on the front of my 19 xtx, has the QS3 shocks. 3000 miles. Is anyone aware of an upgrade for the bushings? Is this a common problem? A search here didnt show much. Thanks.

I just have the rubber ones for center shock lower eyelet. Upper fronts on all should have heims like RR and all the Aftermarket Fox have.
