So I spent the better part of an hour mounting my slydogs skis and I used all of the mounting hardware along with the stock washers. However, the left (while sitting) washer on the mount on the outside of the ski does not snug up. There is about a 16th gap. It's tight but the right side is completely snug. I wish I could take a pic...Should I take it a part and try again or leave it cuz it's snug?

I know I can add a washer-I guess my point was more specifically did I do something wrong because there was no extra washer needed on the other side and it fit snuggly?

I guess you can swap the ski positions to see if it's a slight differance in the spindle or ski mount. I ended up putting a washer under one ski bushing to snug my dogs up. So more than likely it's in the manufacturing, but you can check it by swapping if you want.

I was thinking the same thing....maybe get an inside measurement of both ski saddle areas and compare.... If the left is a touch wider, just add the washer.
