I made my own boost leak tester thingy - hope I did this correctly! I found one leak at one of the intake boots.. Tightened the clamp and that went away but I am getting a pretty good air leak out of the small hose that runs into the air box (see pic). I have the Bikeman Performance blow off valve in case that makes a difference. (I only pressurized to about 20 psi according to my digital tire gauge) Is that normal?

That hose comes from the valve cover. It's a vent hose to relieve crankcase pressure. So, what you're seeing is blow-by (i.e. the intake pressure leaks by the rings and goes into crankcase and then exits via that hose to air box. All engines have some blow-by. Less is better, allot/too much may indicate poor ring seal or issues with pistons. Guessing here not being there to listen/see what's going on with yours, I'd say it's normal.I made my own boost leak tester thingy - hope I did this correctly! I just timed it. It took 53 seconds to go from 20 psi to 10 psi. Thoughts?

IMO, you're good to go. That's normal. Same reason there is a little pressure in the oil tank when the sled is running - blow by.
