Questions 2009 vector.

my friend has just gotten a new to him, 2009 vector.
would start been sitting for 6 months so we boosted. Everthing good.

5o kms later he rolls it on its side slow speed backing up. Don't ask me how ?

flip it over, turn key and nothing. No cranky and dash not on.

Is the dash suppose to light up when key turned to on postion, but not to crank ?

My Apex comes on with key in on postion, this vector does not

Removed body work and start checking electrical conections. Shook dash and sled started. but agoin dash did not light up till after unit started

Do these vectors have a roll over valve like Apex ?
IF yes where is it located ?
Can it be by passed ?

The dash doesn’t come on until the sled is running with the pre FI (2010) Vectors. There is no rollover valve.

So guessing looking for loose wire connection or bad relay, key switch ? Fuses seem to be ok
