ratcheting

External drivers with a full clip track might do the job for you...

How to fix rachet on apex rtx without anitratchet?!

You can also run the coupler adjusting nuts up - Geez was it the 3rd red mark? This is pretty effective, but always ground my butt because it effectively gives away valuable suspension travel - on the machine I bought as a rough trail machine. Seemed counterproductive.....

The problem is the Proactive suspension design releases track tension as it collapses. If it collapses far enough - you get ratcheting. This adjustment helps by limiting the amount the suspension can collapse.

Guys have installed the extrovert drivers to cure this - but you get into the track issue. Do you cut the windows out and run it? Some say you can. I never cared for the idea. I think the Ripsaw is a POS anyway, so I took the oppurtunity to replace it while I had it apart.

3 seekends later I did the suspension conversion.... and have never looked back.
