Just wondering if he revalved the return on those shocks. Not saying he did anything wrong just looks like the return on those shocks is off?

The center shock was re-re-built so I'm not worried about that one but maybe the rear shock should be looked at again?
Here's a vid of its action in the skid with no springs. Normal/not normal?

I've got severe sag in my new 2020 ltx le, out on first ride of year put 212 miles on and of course on a 3day trip in Quebec. Sled was fine till just outside of rouyn-noranda then noticed it was chattering on bumps. So checked torsion springs on 2,so turned them to 3/max rode to hotel and no difference bad sag. Has anyone seen it had this problem on there sled

My wife’s 2020 LTX GT at about 1,300 miles I noticed sitting on the trail, within 1/4 inch of the transfer blocks. You lift the rear end up and let go and it drops almost 3 inches. She is 160# shocks and spring block on 1. 200 miles later we put it in the garage and after 24 hours at 60*, no change. When she sits on it it’s riding on the transfer blocks. I have inspected the arms, greased all the points and nothing cracked, broken. My 2017 LTX LE parked next to it sits 2 1/2 inches higher with 8,400 miles on it, all original. (?)

I have a 2020 ltx le and its doing exactly the same thing. I put transfer blocks to stiffest setting #3 and no difference. Dealer changed front shock in rear skid said it was blown. Got it back and still does the same. Its back at dealer they are replacing rear shock and torsion springs now. Sled has 1078km on it so far.

Strange! I ride with a 18 Ltx le 50th and we traded up and he found my 20se very high both set on #1. I’m assuming your not on dollies and flat on the ground. I also cranked my center spring tighter by a 1/2” and loosened the ski shocks 1/2”. So it’s probably pivoting on center shock a bit

Our 2020 LTX GT is setting on the concrete garage floor. Front shock spring has a couple of turns stiffer to lighten the front end. All shocks and spring blocks on 1. It sat correctly for the first 1,200 miles.

It almost sounds like the suspension springs are garbage. I have never heard of them loosing their “spring” so to speak. Could it be bad batch? Bad China steel? Remember the springs HOLD your weight and the shocks take the bumps. Sounds like the springs can’t HOLD sh:; anymore. Very strange. Our 2020 LTX GT is setting on the concrete garage floor. Any update?
After 550 total miles on my new SRX the rear suspension is DONE. Extreme sag !!! The second day of my last trip I felt like I was riding on a sinking inflatable boat. The suspension cant even hold up its own weight anymore, let alone my "heavy" 175lb azz. I DO NOT believe for 1 second that this is "normal". And if it is normal that after 500+ miles that you need new torsion springs and possible shock rebuild you could keep it. When everything was new the suspension ran pretty sweet, dialed it in, and did what I wanted. For me personally I already know the answer and the fix. Stock is being ripped out and M10 air is going in. At least I know that this suspension will work at 6pm as it did at 8am and will work the same tomorrow.

Now I have had it too the dealer twice once for the shocks which they said was pooched and then for torsion springs which they couldn't change as they are apparently on back order. So the bent them too fix and give more pressure, but that didn't last. It's a damn joke . They told me that my sled was the only one and I'd have too call Yamaha too file my complaints. Unfreaking believable

My 17 did this last season. Ice build up under the sled contributes I would think. I bought Hy-Gear torsion and center shock springs this year in hopes of curing the horrible sag which is even worse on backpack trips. Sled is still waiting on a front axle. If it gets fixed before Saturday I can report how the springs work out next week.
