I recently changed the track on my 03 rx1. After reassembling the chaincase and putting everything back together, I started it to check things out. It ran fine in forward, but the reverse would not engage. Any suggestions on what I could have done wrong?
I noticed a set of forks In the chaincase cover.. Could that be the issue?

Sounds like you need to adjust the linkage.

Reassembly is a little tricky, you need to slide those forks on the gear while putting the outer case half on.

It could be the forks are not over the cup correctly but the cover would never go on...
