Hey Guys,

Last night I tried to get the revolver set at position 1/4 after reading discussing the performance characteristics of this set up on other threads. Some people noted that it is extremely difficult to get the holes lined up to achieve this setting. I noticed this as well. Some even said they had to hammer the pins into place. This to me does not sound like it should be the case, however, I experienced the same difficulties. I noticed there are two very small round rubber bushings or stoppers that the pins push against at full rotation. Has anyone found a way to over come this difficulty? I just do not want to force something like that.

Thanks! :rocks: :4STroke:

I just tried mine to get 1-4.
I had to lift the back of the sled and pull all 4 pins out. Then put in pins on 4 and push like hell on the tool th get the pins in 1. If you put the pins in 1 first seems like it wont go in 4.

Setting the revolver to 1 will put more pressure on the skis, as the limiter strap is loose at this setting.

Sled is completely suspended off the floor on a lift. I just don't want to cause damage. Thanks.

Maybe loosening the track tension and shock loads will help?

Track is pretty loose, but I can give it a try. I was looking at the track tension when attempting this setting but it is hard to see if there is any binding. Thank you for your ideas. I will keep you posted how I make out.
