My rhino has 1200 miles on it and has 28 mudzilla's , 6 in lift and axles from Gorilla,Elka shocks.
I have broken 1 rr diff , 2 ft diff's , anyone else ?
Torn each out of the frame also !
No jumps , just trails , logs , rocks !
Does anyone build a better diff?
Hope the 2008 is built better !

Not trying to bash ya, But maybe it's not a problem with the machine. Check to see if your getting any bind-up when your suspension is unloaded or under full compression, lift kits sometimes cause this condition.

Yeah...sounds like you are putting some crazy strain on your diff's.....I race Rhino's and I have only gone through one front diff (knock on wood! LOL!!). You might consider looking into a rear diff support as well, to help support your rear diff....

I have heard and seen these problems and they are just not designed to take that kind of abuse.
