I do not think Rangely lake is frozen, but the smaller ponds are esp @ higher elevations. I am loaded up and will be riding the back country around the four ponds mountain area. Hope to get some good break in miles on the new Nytro

I was riding Sat in the four ponds area. Snow was a little sparse where I unloaded, but was 12-18" @higher elevations. Riding logging roads was ok and I put on 35 miles. If you are looking to ride a little closer to civilization, I recommend the Jay RR bed. It is packed down pretty good, but is a bit rough in places, I rode it yesterday for another 15 miles.
