Ripsaw 1 or 2?

I plan on swapping tracks, was thinking about going with a pre-studded but have decided to go with regular studs. Trail running mostly, which is a better track, ripsaw 1 or 2? I can get a brand new ripsaw 1 for 399.99. Also which one is better for top end?..

Rip 2 by a long shot is the better track. As far as top end, I can't imagine much of a difference.

I really like the Ripsaw2. Wears very well. Slides under power better in corners and mine made over 9000mi of terrible abuse. Just put another in. See the rubber flashing on edges. Not a ft on it yet! Studs then river hopefully tomorrow.

Another option is cutting down my backcountry to 1.25". Anyone done that to this track?

Ripsaw 2 is the worst 1.25 track for top speed.

My next one will be cobra 1.35 or ripsaw1 1.25
