Rotrex Blower, Down on Boost??

Running pulleys @27 on the crank & 22 on the top should be seeing 12/13lbs I believe @ sea level but only seeing 10ish that's at 10,800 rpm what am I not seeing??? Boost leak or is the blower on its way out?

mine backfired a few times and the blowoff valve diaphram was stuck in a open position

Not seeing any signs of a Blowoff valve problem at this time. Going to pressure test the intercooler, trying a different blower will be last resort.

before the blowoff valve my throttle bodies would blow of the cyl head when letting off throttle
i made pull rods that hold them to the head
