Noticed yesterday that the upper shoulder on my FoxFloats are rubbing the black plastic on the belly pan. The front of the shoulder seems to have ample clearance but the rear is touching. Anyone else have this issue and how you corrected it?

Thanks for the tip!!
I'll check mine tonight!

ha!! Just wanted to get a thousand miles on the floats to give then a fair shake before they get swapped out... Interesting how your GYTR's don't rub.

Apexaholic,

Good to go..when/if we get some white stuff...

Rightarm,
are the upper & lower shock equal lengths? I've seen the upside down application on Cats but had wondered if the shocks were of equal lengths and if they would work the same if not?

Anyshock guru's around?

They mount upside down just fine, I run my Float X's upside in order to mount the reservoirs. FYI, there are no upper or lower lengths, the shock will compress the same either way.

There is plenty of tuning that can be performed on your Floats... many folks are quick to kick them to the weeds w/o playing with em'.

bjowett,

Thanks, I'll flip them upside down this weekend. Bought a set of GYTR's to give them a go also, I'll ride both for a least 1000 miles before deciding which ones to liquidate. So far I find them a bit dead feeling...not lively like a coil over, only have 300 miles so far on them but no real opinion as of yet. Any suggestions you have on how to get them dialed in would be appreciated.
